Your bio-data is the most sensitive information you own. At DOMYNIX, we engineer our systems to protect it with absolute cryptographic certainty. We never sell your data.
1. Data Collection
To provide you with a hyper-personalized fitness protocol, DOMYNIX must collect specific biological and interaction data. We only collect what is strictly necessary to compute your optimal training path.
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and encrypted password.
- Biometric Baseline: Age, height, current weight, biological sex, and target body composition.
- Performance Metrics: Exercises logged, sets, reps, weight lifted, RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), and rest times.
- Nutritional Inputs: Logged meals, macro-nutrient breakdowns, and hydration levels.
2. Data Usage & AI Model
Your data feeds directly into your personal instance of the Aura Core Neural Network. Here is exactly how it is utilized:
Personalization: Your daily performance data calculates tomorrow's volume and intensity. If you fail a lift, the algorithm identifies CNS fatigue and adjusts your recovery protocol automatically.
Model Training: We utilize anonymized, aggregated data to train our global baseline models. Your personal identity, location, and specific identity markers are stripped entirely before any data enters the global training pool. Your personal data is never used to train models for other users.
3. Security Protocols
We treat health data with military-grade security architectures.
- End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) All data transferred between your device and our servers is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest in our databases, your bio-metrics are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
- Firebase Architecture We utilize Google's Firebase infrastructure, adhering to rigorous SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance standards for data center operations.
4. Wearable Integrations
If you choose to connect third-party wearables (e.g., Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Garmin), DOMYNIX will request read-only access to specific APIs including:
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
- Sleep Stages (Deep, REM, Light)
You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings. Once revoked, DOMYNIX instantly deletes the historical API tokens and ceases collection.
5. Your Rights & Control
Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you maintain absolute sovereignty over your digital footprint inside DOMYNIX.
Download your entire training history and bio-data in a clean CSV or JSON format instantly from your settings panel.
Initiate a "Kill Switch" protocol from your app. This triggers a cascading deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers within 24 hours.
