These terms govern your use of the DOMYNIX platform, mobile application, and artificial intelligence APIs. Please read them carefully before initializing your training protocols.
1. User Agreement
By accessing or using the DOMYNIX application, APIs, or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
DOMYNIX is an algorithmic fitness tool, not a medical professional. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, diet, or making changes to your physical activity.
You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and training programs involves inherent risks, including the risk of severe physical injury or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with following any protocols generated by our AI.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.
3. AI Generation & Accuracy
DOMYNIX utilizes advanced neural networks and large language models to generate training splits, macro-nutrient distributions, and chat responses. While our systems are trained on extensive sports science data:
- Hallucinations: The AI may occasionally generate inaccurate, biologically improbable, or suboptimal workout suggestions.
- User Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for reviewing any generated protocol before execution. If a suggested weight load or exercise selection seems incorrect or unsafe for your skill level, do not attempt it.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, & Refunds
Certain features of the Platform (such as "Aura Intelligence Pro") require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual fees.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: DOMYNIX offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Beyond the first 7 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by local law. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your billing period.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Prohibited behaviors that will result in immediate API key revocation and account termination include:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Aura Neural Engine.
- Spamming or submitting excessively high-frequency requests to our APIs (DDoS).
- Using the platform to generate illicit, illegal, or intentionally harmful physical protocols.
